5 T honey
3 T mustard
2 T rice wine vinegar
I never measure the honey, just put in a blob and taste. Mustard that is not just plain yellow, but brownish with seeds and coarser parts works best. We like Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard but any will work. Any vinegar you happen to have will work too. I use rice vinegar. Maybe it means rice OR wine vinegar. Since I have never heard of rice wine vinegar! Put all 3 ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake. Note: T means tablespoon.
