8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
1 pkg (1.8 oz) lemon herb sauce mix
(Knorr / McKormick)
1/2 c grated parmisan cheese
1 pint grape tomatoes (halved)
Cook pasta and return to pot.
Wisk sauce with 3/4 c water over medium heat until it boils. Simmer 1 min to thicken.
Add sauce and cheese to pasta and stir
Add tomatoes and stir
Recipe copied from magazine during long boring wait in doctor office. The recipe was 4 ingredient and was meant for children but it looked tasty and easy to this old kid!
